We do landscape design.

We're a design studio that uses AI agents and human taste to create the perfect design for your yard.

We're not a traditional landscape design company.

Our mission is to give you the best customer experience possible, and we do it by combining human taste with AI agents.

We're a passionate team of technologists who love landscape design as much as we love building software. With backgrounds in software engineering and AI, we use the latest technology to turn your vision into reality.

How we work

Here's the general process.

Curb

We photograph the front of your house from the street. That's the view the new yard has to look good from.

Canopy

We combine that with an overhead map to get your bed shapes and a general idea of the yard.

Concept

Our AI agents and human designers collaborate on a rough concept of what the yard could be.

Walkthrough

If you like the concept, we come out for 30 minutes to an hour to 3D-scan and measure the property.

Design

You get a finished design that's accurate to your property and ready to execute.

  • A realistic rendering of your yard, made from your own property.
  • A planting plan with every plant named, counted, and placed at its mature size.
  • An itemized estimate of what the installation should cost, so you can hand it to any installer.

A concept, generated for you

Humans and agents make the first pass together. If you like the concept, we do a detailed measurement to get you an accurate plan.

Common questions

Do I have to be home for any of this?

Only for the walkthrough, about 30 minutes to an hour.

What does it cost?

A design is $895. A typical installation runs between $3,500 and $10,000. We currently refer out for installs.

Who does the design?

Ultimately, humans do the design, aided by AI. Agents do the modeling, checking, and drafting. We make the final calls and use our own judgment.

How is this different from ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other AI?

They're great for inspiration, and we use tools like them under the hood. But a picture from a chat window breaks down in the details: it doesn't know your property's constraints or the dimensions a real design has to clear. Our process turns those tools into renderings and plans that are accurate to your actual yard, and human taste and judgment make the final calls.

What if I don't like the concept?

We keep going until it's right. We can generate many concepts and converge on the one you love.

Do you install it too?

Right now, no. We work with installers we trust, and we plan to do our own installations in the very near future.

We'd love to hear from you.
